Kapulaga Putih (White Cardamom)
Cardamom is a spice produced from the seeds of a plant in the ginger family. Cardamom is native to Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Nepal, and Pakistan. Cardamom seeds are recognizable by their small, triangular, spindle-shaped seed pods, thin outer skin, and small, black seeds. Cardamom grows well at altitudes of around 1,000 meters above sea level and is cultivated in several regions of Indonesia.
