Kopi (Coffee)
Coffee is an agricultural crop that is roasted and ground into a powder to be made into a beverage. Two commonly known coffee tree species are Arabica and Robusta. Arabica and Robusta coffee differ in taste, shape, and plant characteristics. Arabica coffee has a sweeter and smoother taste, while Robusta coffee has a stronger and more bitter taste. In terms of shape, Arabica coffee tends to be oval, while Robusta coffee tends to be round, and Arabica coffee contains less caffeine than Robusta.
